Aadithya Handlooms – Return Policy

We take great pride in offering authentic, handwoven sarees crafted with traditional expertise and utmost care. Due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return Policy under the following conditions:

No Returns Will Be Accepted For:

  • Minor thread pulls, thread knots, or weaving irregularities

  • Small holes or marks in the selvedge or putta area (these are natural characteristics of handloom sarees)

  • Slight variations in colour due to screen/display differences or lighting

  • Natural texture differences or mild inconsistencies that reflect the handcrafted process

These are not considered defects, but part of the unique charm of handloom weaving.

Return Eligibility (Only if the item is damaged or wrong product received):

  • Product must be clearly defective or incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong saree or major damage)

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product

  • You must share unboxing video and clear images as proof of the issue

  • The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact

Important Notes:

  • All returns are subject to verification by our quality check team

  • Refund or replacement will be processed only after we receive the returned item

  • We do not entertain exchanges or returns based on personal preferences after delivery
